Sales, Installation and Maintenance Services in Nigeria
We market BRISTOL Piping Solutions including Pipes, Fittings, Pipe Supports & valves.
Seamless Steel Pipes
Seamless steel pipe (SMLS) is formed by drawing a solid billet over a piercing rod to create the hollow shell, without welding or seam. It is suitable for bending and flanging. The most advantage is increasing the ability of withstanding higher pressure. So it is widely used for boiler and pressure vessel, automotive area, oil well, and equipment components.
Seamless steel pipe can be cut, threaded or grooved. And the coating method includes black / red lacquer, varnish painting, hot dip galvanization, etc.
ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) Steel Pipes
Welded steel pipe is formed by rolling plate and welding the seam. It is cost-effective pipe with tighter Dimensional tolerances and less weight. ... And we mainly supply HFW (High frequency welding) pipe in advanced technology.
The weld seam of HFW pipe is heat treated after welding that no untempered martensite remains.
Threaded & Grooved Fittings
EFLO Grooved Fittings are used for connecting standpipe to control, distribute, or support pipeline in different sizes or directions.
By groove connection, project time is saved a lot with fast installation and easy maintenance.
Malleable / Ductile Iron Threaded Pipe Fittings
EFLO Fittings are cast by white iron. Through the annealing heat treatment, the brittle structure as first cast is transformed into the malleable form, so to get its name. They come in black and galvanized finishes, applying for fire protection service in accordance with the NFPA 13, & 14.
Expansion Joint / Bellows
Expansion joints are used in piping systems to absorb thermal expansion or terminal movement where the use of expansion loops is undesirable or impractical. Expansion joints are available in many different shapes and materials.
The expansion joint is also known as expansion bellows. They are designed to control the movement in pipework & safely absorb the temperature-induced expansion and contraction of construction materials, to absorb vibration, to hold parts together.
Flexible Sprinkler Drop
Flexible fire sprinkler drops can be used in both wet and dry systems. They include a bracket that holds the sprinkler head in place. This helps contractors position the sprinkler head accurately in the center of tiles in drop ceiling applications. These drops also provide the adaptability to the movement required in earthquake-prone areas.
They must be matched to the supply pipe diameter, which governs total
gallons per minute (gpm), so that they do not exceed the ability of the system to deliver equal water pressure to all sprinklers. There are also guidelines for the number of bends allowed, governed by the length of the flexible line.
The higher initial cost relative to a solid pipe style may be a deterrent. But in light of the much lower assembly time, price becomes less of a consideration when assessing costs throughout an entire fire sprinkler system. A sprinkler fitter can install flexible drops four or more times faster than rigid alternative.
Swivel Ring Hangers
Designed for the suspension of non-insulated stationary pipe lines. The knurled insert nut that allows a vertical adjustment after installation, is tapped to NFPA reduced rod size standards.
Captured knurled insert nut present on pipe sizes 1⁄2” (15mm) to 2″ (50mm). The capture is permanent in the bottom portion of the band, allowing the hanger to be opened during installation if desired, but preventing the knurled insert nut from falling completely out.
U Strap Clamp
U Strap Clamp is used for mounting plain or insulated pipes. It can be used with Rubber Support Inserts.
Available in hot dipped galvanized & Electro galvanized.
Conduit - Pipe Fittings
Fire Performance Cable
Fire Performance Cables are intended for applications requiring
circuit integrity during fire. These cables generate very low smoke and are halogens free thus helping to save human life and protect the sensitive equipments.
Fire performance cables improves safety, reduces fire damages to buildings or equipments and provides extra time to escape during fire.
Conduit Pipe and Fittings
Conduit Pipe and Fittings are durable tubing or other types of enclosure used to protect and provide a route for individual electrical wiring conductors. Conduit is typically required where wiring is exposed or where it might be subject to damage. A conduit can be made of metal or plastic and may be rigid or flexible. All conduit is installed with compatible fittings (couplings, elbows, connectors) and electrical boxes, usually made of the same or similar material. Conduit must be installed in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all applicable local code rules.
Bristol Mortar Seal (BFB-TX1)
A mixture of cement and re-retardant chemicals that is applied to seal openings in walls and cut outs in -oors to create re barriers. It is light-weight and low-density product that does not allow any through passage in case of re to prevent penetration of re, toxic gases and smoke.
Bristol Panel Seal (BFB-TX2)
Consists of panel boards ( of either mineral or rock wool ) which is coated with our Bristol Mastik Coating on the exposed sides to create re barriers in wall or floor openings.
Bristol Cable Coating (BFB-TX3)
A re-retardant coating for electrical cables/trays. During a re, product undergoes an endothermic reaction
which reduces burning rate and spread of re becomes insulating char to burns and chars to prevent smoke
and -ame from propagating further.
Gate Valves are valves that open by lifting a round or rectangular gate/wedge out of the path of the fluid. They are characterized as having either a rising or a non-rising stem. BRISTOL Gate Valves are made of high
quality materials and conform to international and local standards.
Butterfly Valves are valves which can be used for isolating or regulating flow, with the closing mechanism in the form of a disk. BRISTOL Butterfly Valves are supervised and can be used for indoor and outdoor application.
Non-Return / Check Valve (Swing Type)
Non-Return Valves or Check Valves are valves that normally allow fluid to flow through it in only one direction. BRISTOL Check Valves are swing type with a tilted clapper. BRISTOL Check Valves clapper
design produces quick, non-slam closure before flow reversal can occur meeting the FM requirements for an anti-water hammer valve rating.
Y-Strainers are used in straining debris from pipelines. They are fitted in the field with nipples and drain valves
to permit the strainer screen to be cleaned while the system is still in process. BRISTOL Y-Strainers are compact and economical while also adhere to international and local standards.
Gate Valves Accessories
Non-Rising Stem Gate Valves alone cannot be identified if open or closed by visual inspection. Accessories
such as indicator posts are necessary to supervise these valves. BRISTOL Indicator Posts complement BRISTOL NRS Gate Valve but are also compatible to other gate valves of the same standards.
